Steelworkers reach deal with Chinese on wind turbines
Two Chinese manufacturers of wind turbines have a deal with the United Steelworkers to buy U.S.-made steel and components for a Texas wind energy project, along with not opposing attempts to unionize workers at American plants they will open, the union said Friday.
