What is the most energy efficient air conditioner on the market, looking for an A/C, NOT A SWAMP COOLER.
I have a swamp cooler now and its awful, I would like something that actually WORKS.

Look for a reverse cycle air-conditioner that you can use both as a cooler in summer and as an energy efficient heater in winter too.
