Question by pink.love: I know fluorescent lighting is more energy efficient but how much energy is it saving?
What if all the fluorescent lights in a classroom were turned off, about how much money or energy would that actually save?

It will depend on the size of the classroom, and how well lit it is. It will require more lighting if it has dark paint or dark floors, or faces north, or they have classes at night, or there are no windows at all.
I estimate 1,000-2,000 Watts.

A Little More Info About The Magniwork Generator Scam

I know that from my previous post I made it clear that this Magniwork Generator thing is just a big scam. I just wanted to pass on a little more info about it just so you would have it.
Then I got to thinking about how much work it would be to put in here all of the links that you would need to research this all yourself. This Magniwork thing is just not even worth taking that effort.
So I did what is only natural. I found where someone else had already done the work for me. Here is a link. These guys have done their homework and covered all of the bases. This post does not leave any question about whether or not this thing is a scam
Here is the link.

The thing that is killing me is I can type in Magniwork scam and do a search and I will find pages and pages of people swearing that this thing works. Now I don't mind people trying to make a commission from a sale but it does get under my skin when they are making completely false claims.
I have seen one page from a guy that claims he has been working for an energy company for 10 years in the alternative energy department and says this is the best thing that he has ever seen. Another guy who talks about how his brother built one and is running 50% of his house on it.
Come on guys. I know that people can't see our faces when we are on the internet but that does not mean we should all turn into liars just to make a buck. There are plenty of products out there that are worth buying that still pay a commission.
